Acceptable Use
Clients may not host illegal, abusive, spam, phishing, malware or harmful content on ShaHost services.
Support
Support is provided through tickets, WhatsApp follow-up and account communication channels.
Suspensions
Accounts may be suspended for non-payment, abuse, security risk or violation of acceptable use rules.
Project Work
Website and app projects require clear scope, content submission, milestone approvals and payment arrangements.
